We all have chairs at home or in the office, this workshop will show you how to "use" them! Learn how yoga poses can be done with just a chair and how to get strong and flexible with their intelligent use building memory muscles and strength. But don’t be fooled by the simplicity of it, you can modify the intensity to make those poses powerful, strong and challenging. You will learn the 3 elements of a pose and how to play with those elements to find your strength and weaknesses and improve them. We will also be practicing TBY Yoga shots: short practices to boost your energy while sitting at work, including Eye yoga. You will also receive a print out of few chair yoga poses.
