Raffaella has trained also in Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga Therapy for Lower back pain and sciatica which she includes as needed in her semi-private classes.

Hatha Yoga

Slow movements to build strength, flexibility and correct alignment. Arrive at 9:15 for a 9:20 start. Mat hire £1. Max 9.

Each week we spend more time on one specific pose. Weekly poses June:  26 lord of the dance pose/Natarajasana,  July: 3 Pyramid Pose/Parsvottanasana,  10 Full Moon, 17  Dolphin pose, Last class of the summer term.

Summer Term's last yoga class. Classes restart 4th September at Johns Hall.

Dedicated Moon Yoga and sound Healing relaxation on full moon days.

10 weeks Yamas & Niyamas Course for better body and mind -  Beginners welcome - Max 6 - Mats provided. Free parking.

Class description: Candlelit Yoga with weekly point of reflection based on one of the Yamas/Niyamas. Elements of Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga therapy for lower back pain will be incorporated as needed.  Yamas: May 18, 25, June 8, 15, 22 -  Niyamas June 29, July 6, 13, 20, 27.
