We offer individual/small yoga classes in Onslow Village - Guildford. All abilities welcome.  - max 6 (*TBY studio) or Max  9 (Johns Hall).

Raffaella has trained in many styles of Yoga including yoga therapy for chronic lower back pain and sciatica, Sound Healing, Reiki, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Thai Yoga Massage.

  • High Level of Training and Experience - Raffaella have extensive experience and training,  having in excess of 1,000 hoursof certified training and experience working with bodies of all ages and abilities.
  • High-Touch - Our classes are small {usually 5-9 people}, which is MUCH smaller than the classes you find at many local studios/gym where the imperative is to fill a room and charge them a small fee. Most of our classes are even limited to 4-6 participants. The small class sizes allow us to know the names of each student, have an understanding of each body in the room and to provide personalised attention including propping and hands on adjustments for each student in the room. All of this creates a truly  safe, healing and therapeutic environment.
  • Yoga for healing, Not Yoga fitness - These classes can not really to be compared to the monkey-see-monkey-do yoga classes that you'll find in most studios, gym and in videos. Our classes are highly personalised for a therapeutic experience. Many people find an improvement to pain and stress, reducing the need to visit chiropractors and physiotherapist once they attend regularly,  in fact, they find they save money in the long term! 

Experience our therapeutic yoga practice

  1. Turn Inward: to recover from worldly activity, turn mind and senses inward and land in the body.
  2. Anasa: move, flow, strengthen, invigorate, rejuvenate, activate and release.
  3. Marinate in Stillness: let the effects of your yoga deepen and continue in the stillness of Shavasana, yoga nidra, Sound bath. This is being with yourself, as yourself.
  4. All classes are 60 minutes long, unless otherwise stated.

  • Start of the week Yoga @ 9:15am - every Mondays -  Jonhs Hall
  • This class is the perfect start of the week, bringing focus, strength and energy to your working week. Slow movement and holds to understand the dynamics and alignment of the poses. Slow gentle movements to build strength and flexibility. Max - 9. All abilities.
  • Beginners candlelit yoga and soundbath @ 7:15pm every Wednesdays - TBY Private studio
  • Evening yoga should be gentle, still with all the movement and strengthening practices that the body need, progressively slowing down into a blissful relaxation. Consider this class a midweek tonic, peeling away accumulated stress and tension preparing you for a good night sleep. Max - 6 .
  • Early Morning Yoga @ 8:20am every Thursdays - TBY Private studio
  • Traditionally yoga should be practice first thing in the morning for a good start of the day, nurturing yourself with yoga and short relaxation. Small group, max 6 - All abilities. 
  • Thursday Candlelit Yoga and Sound Bath @ 7pm from 3rd November - every Thursdays TBY Private Studio
    Traditional yoga practices (Asanas, Mudras, Pranayama, meditation, etc.) and sound healing. - Max 6 - Suitable to people looking at a more traditional healing yoga practice. All abilities. 


Beginners Yoga 4 week course starting 2 November @ 10:30am - TBY Yoga Studio
Each week is dedicated to a specific aspect of yoga: Breath, Balance, Core-strengh and flexibility, gaining indispensable knowledge for a safe healing practice.

Exclusive to our regular students.

If you miss a class, you are on holiday or the studio is closed, you can still practice with us online. Access is only available to regular students with an active block booking or enrolled to a course.
