Any room has 4 walls, you only need one to practice yoga. I will safely guide you to the use of a wall to support, to experiment and to decrease or increase the intensity of the poses.
The wall will give you strength and confidence to approach even the more challenging poses feeling confident that you can do anything once you understand how. We will use a wall for safe alignment and access into stretches and more challenging poses.
You will learn how to build memory muscles to progress into advance poses.
We will practice basic poses to progress safely into more challenging poses like balance, inversions and arm balances with a step by step progression accessible to everyone.
No yoga experience needed, just an open mind willing to explore new ways of connecting with your body.
