YOGA FOR HEALTHY BACK (7 WEEKS COURSE) 

 This course is the foundation for restoring and maintaining back health. You will learn good posture, alignment, optimal breathing, and stress relief.Special technique and equipment is used to create spinal traction and decompression.  Our students told us that just after a few session they experience noticeable changes, improve flexibility, better posture, taller and stronger and less recurrence of pain.  Book Here.

This course is open to a maximum of 6 students, the small numbers in the class means that care can be given to the correct alignment, safe practice and progress of every student. However, the yoga practice is not aimed at specific health issues so if you have a serious health issue or back pain it is important to first have individual sessions.
