Sound Bath for relaxation

I always end my classes at TBY Private Studio with a Sound bath and I have received many request for a recorded version to help with stress, anxiety, sleep and to rest busy minds.

This is a special 15 minutes relaxation with the sound of my Tibetan singing bowls and chimes.

I use different size of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bawl and other instruments that vibrates at different frequencies to slow down your brainwaves, shifting from a more active state (beta) to a more relaxed dreamlike state (alpha).

You can listen to this recording anywhere and if you don’t have 15 minutes, just let it play for as long as you have and let your mind drift and relax.

Before you start, prepare the space you are in, so that nothing will disturb, if possible make it a phone-free zone (or place phone is silence).

Use blanket, pillows and bolsters as needed to make you feels the most comfortable.  You might like to cover your eyes with an (lavender) eye pillow or mask to help turn your attention inward.

To promote relaxation further, you can light a candle, some incense or diffuse some natural essential oils (lavender, bergamot, and ylang-ylang help calm restless minds).

When you are ready, start play and simply relax.

Let the mind drift and let this be your time for self-care.

Dedicate few minutes each day, or whenever possible, in which you are totally free to daydream with this relaxation.
