Meditation on the breath
I have been reading the book ‘The Four Desires’ by Rod Striker and this meditation was about learning to quieten the mind in a simple way, bringing the focus on the breath.
In a society dominated by technology, we often squeeze ourselves to the limit causing confusion, stress, illnesses. Taking time off to regenerate the mind, is necessary and meditation do just that.
The meditation below is a very easy to follow, the first few minutes gives you information on meditation and this particular practice, the meditation in itself start at 6 minutes.
