3 weeks Course Learn to fly
This course is to learn different technique that will help you build strength and stability into your arm balances. We will look at all the benefit of arm balances on a physical and energetic level and address imbalances to get you to fly. We will work towards crow pose and its variations and how to progress with it once you conquered and learned to fly!
Small group of max 6 people give you the dedicated attention and space to learn at your own speed and level.
