Monday Yoga semi-private class - John's Hall

Semi-private class offering a more individual yoga practice. Great start of the week with Yoga. 

Yoga movement with focus on correct alignment, strength and flexibility. Step by step instructions and modification for each pose to suit all levels. Breathing and relaxation technique to reduce stress and increase overall well being. 

Special Moon Yoga on full moon days.  

Semi-private class - Max 9-private-Hands-on adjustment if required. 

Arrive at 9:15am to start at 9.20am -  All levels, teens welcome with adult

Yoga sequences are available to purchase for Home Practice.
