Yoga Flow to make you feel stronger, free with your movement and reinvigorated. The yoga poses in this class are sequenced to create a sense of wellbeing. After each class you will feel calmer, relaxed, stronger and untangled. Each week we will look in detail to one new pose, so that you can feel confident as you progress with your practice. Suitable to all levels, Teens welcome with an adult.
