Candlelit Yoga for beginners.
Simple yoga flow with detailed information on how to get into each poses, moving in and out of a pose and correct alignment. This is a very relaxing practice which prepares you for a good night sleep (amongst all the other benefits of practicing yoga).
Yoga is an ancient system of practices designed to create a sense of complete wellbeing. In the beginners class you will be introduced to some of the fundamental yoga poses concentrating on healthy alignment and benefits of the poses with a step by step progression taught by an experienced Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Teacher. You will be introduced to relaxation and breathing techniques.
Many benefits of yoga include: better posture and breathing, increase tone, strength and flexibility and a greater ability to cop you will learn how to relax.
Small group of max 6 people give you the dedicated attention and space to learn at your own speed and level.
