This course is to learn different technique that will help you build strength and stability into your handstand and its variations.

This course is ideal if you never done headstand, you tried but not quite there, maybe you want to take it off the wall, etc.

 Headstand, the queen of all poses: a classic yoga pose known for rejuvenating. We will look at all the benefit of the pose on a physical and energetic level and address imbalances to get you to your perfect headstand.

Small group of max 6 people give you the dedicated attention and space to learn at your own speed and level.

We will move through  each chakra with yoga movements, sound, mantra and mudras to notice your connection, blockage or fluidity with each chakra. We will end with a sound-scpaing bath: a journey through different sounds aimed to lift your body and mind and slowly grounding. This workshop will explore the sound of gong and tibetan singing bowls used in Yoga and sound healing.

3 parts workshop:

1) theory, history, technical and energetic information on how they work. How to choose your instrument. Chakras and sound.

2) practice different techniques including on the body techniques and experience on yourself and other people in the group the therapeutic benefits.

3) relaxation and sound bath at the end.

Because this is an hands on/practical workshop, only 6 places are available.

No previous knowledge or experience needed.

This workshop is suitable to Yogi, people practicing meditation, including yoga teachers, meditation teachers, people working with energy such as Reiki and crystal healers, musicians or anybody that is interested in sound and sound bath.

Workshop 2:  Ayurveda Yoga healing through food, diet, herbs, essential oils, self-massage, meditation. Looking at list of food for your specific Dosha, how to use herbs, essential oil, and daily cleansing practices including massage, and meditation.

Workshop 3: Home detox practice based on your Dosha/imbalances. Seasonal detox for your personal imbalances, 3-5 days seasonal detox plan. Recipes for your detox based on your Dosha and detox routine.

Ayurveda Yoga cooking demo: demonstration on how to mix spices and prepare recipes according to your constitution and how to prepare the detox recipe.

Wall Yoga - building memory muscle

Any room has 4 walls, you only need one to practice yoga. I will safely guide you to the use of a wall to support, to experiment and to decrease or increase the intensity of the poses.

The wall will give you strength and confidence to approach even the more challenging poses feeling confident that you can do anything once you understand how. We will use a wall for safe alignment and access into stretches and more challenging poses.

You will learn how to build memory muscles to progress into advance poses.

We will practice basic poses to progress safely into more challenging poses like balance, inversions and arm balances with a step by step progression accessible to everyone. 

No yoga experience needed, just an open mind willing to explore new ways of connecting with your body.

We all have chairs at home or in the office, this workshop will show you how to "use" them! Learn how yoga poses can be done with just a chair and how to get strong and flexible with their intelligent use building memory muscles and strength. But don’t be fooled by the simplicity of it, you can modify the intensity to make those poses powerful, strong and challenging. You will learn the 3 elements of a pose and how to play with those elements to find your strength and weaknesses and improve them.  We will also be practicing TBY Yoga shots: short practices to boost your energy while sitting at work, including Eye yoga. This yoga class is for people that want and deserve some 'me' time to destress. Suitable to adults of any level of capabilities and age.

Relaxing and destressing Candle-lit Yoga. Leave the stress of the week behind you and start the weekend with a calming candle light yoga.

Glowing candles and ambient lights is the perfect setting to relax. Mindful flow that progress into calming, stretching, still poses  will gradually release the tension in your whole body,  to a complete relaxation. It will be difficult not to fall asleep! No incense or scented candles in respect of people with allergies.

Meeting at 7.15pm for introduction and registration ready for a 7.30pm start of the yoga practice.

Explore how breathing (pranayama) helps to de-stress and creates equilibrium in the nervous system. Introspective practice where slow mindful movements are guided through breath awareness, leading to more static poses to bring a sense of opening, calm and tranquility. The practice will end with a blissful guided relaxation (savasana).

The final relaxation will bring the body to balance and peacefulness, here the body will cool down and you may need some warm clothes or a blanket. Suitable from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
