Consultation

The Ayurvedic consultation is the beginning of a partnership.

It consist of a full history, pulse, eyes, hands/nails, tongue analysis to understand the root of the symptoms and find the best way to help with diet, vedic counselling, lifestyle and herbs.

After the consultation, you will receive a written assessment and recommendations, including a general information on Ayurveda and ayurvedic routine, diet and principles.


Ayurvedic Treatments

Experience the healing power of Ayurveda.

The traditional ayurvedic therapies uses medicated oil infused with Ayurvedic herbs. The warm oils penetrate the skin and deliver the herbs’ proprieties for healing and the release of ama (toxins).

Ayurvedic Panchakarma and Ayurvedic Massage, are the tools used to treat all form of ailments.

For long term results, the recommended protocol is an initial Ayurveda consultation followed by panchakarma therapies. Discount is given on regular weekly treatments.

We offer:

  • Nasyam - treatment for any disease/illness in head, neck and shoulder area - Ayurvedic medicated oil nose drops and massage. Full 90 min. Appointment includes Karna Poorana and eye tratment.

  • Karna Poorana - treatment for ear diseases including hearing loss, tinnitus, Meniere’s disease (characterized by mainly vertigo), swimmer’s ear and other diseases related to the ears. It should be repeated for a week and than once a month.

  • Padabhyanga - Foot massage

  • Shiroabhyanga - head, neck, shoulder and face marma massage

  • Mukha Abhyangam - Ayurvedic Face lift with Kansa wand - lymphatic drainage and marma points

  • Abhyanga - Ayurvedic body massage with hot oils

Massages can be extended to longer times with add on.

Ayurvedic head massage and marma points.

2 days training intensive.

In person and online

Learn the true theraupetic Ayurvedic Shiroabhyanga and Muka Abhyanga based on Ayurvedic principle and marma points. What this Ayurvedic treatment is for, doshic information and oil to use and when not to use oil.

You will learn the chair massage that can be given in all setting as well as table/floor massage that is most comfortable to clients.

Part of the traditional Ayurvedic head massage includes energy healing and marma points.

You will learn a traditional way to use mantra during the massage session.

Each day starts with the traditional Ayurvedic chant.

Small number in course to give full attention to details.

You will receive a professional certificate.



Detox and Panchakarma Special

One Month of Panchakarma treatments and massages (once a week) and detox, including yoga and qigong classes.

4 weeks of Panchakarma treatment:


The first appointment of 3 hours, include a short Ayurvedic assessment and Panchakarma treatments with Ayurvedic oils and IR heating:
-Short ayurvedic assessment
-Ayurvedic Shiro Abhyanga Head massage with warm oils
- Ayurvedic Mukka Abhyanga Face massage and marma points
- Pinda Sweda - Hot herb compresses massage to heal pain, stiffness, anxiety, stress, circulation, and detoxification.
-Pada abhyanga - Foot massage and reflexology
- Nasya treatment


Plus 3 more appointment of 2 hours each following up with Panchakarma treatment from first appointment
Herbs to take home for detoxification.
Program and Diet recommendation for Home detox
Oil for self-massage and equipment for daily routine

During the Month you can join all the online live Yoga or qigong classes for free.


Custom made herbal formulas and organic ayurvedic medicated oil.

Ayurvedic herbs are key component of this traditional natural medicine. The recommendation include Ayurvedic herbal formulas that can be made on request or purchased from online retailers. Some herbs/spices are available locally from grocery stores.

Ayurvedic medicated oils are prepared using ayurvedic traditional process that can take from 3 to 6 days. The end result is an Ayurvedic product that may be considered both a food-grade as well as a medicine-grade (with some exeptions). Medicated oils are used for external and internal administrations to treat various disorders from glaucoma, tinnitus, dry eyes, hair, face serum to oil for hay fever and eczema, constipation, arthritis, gout, etc.

Face elixir and night face serum, Nasya oil, Ear oil, eye drops are regularly made and available. Some specific oil for gout, arthritis are sometimes available. Home made Products are organic.
