Reiki healing energy

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of channeling healing energy to activate the natural healing process within our body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Mikao Usui is credited as the founder of Reiki. It is though that in the late 1800's he rediscovered this healing art that has been around for centuries.

The principle of Reiki.

In physics, the law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. This applies to all living things, including our bodies, which are infused with energy known as qi, chi, prana, or life force. Many practices like Reiki, Qigong, TCM, Ayurveda, Meditation, Yoga, etc. aim to balance this energy. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels and enhances the energy flow, leading to relaxation, reduced stress, and physical healing in clients.

Distant reiki

We offer distant Reiki on regular bases, this is by donation to all clients that have previously received Reiki from Raffaella.
