Unraveling the Importance of Stretching 🤸‍♀️ Across Different Stages of Life. Introduction: Say Yes to Flexibility!

In today's fast-paced world, where we spend most of our time sitting at desks or engaging in sedentary activities, it is crucial to pay attention to our bodies' flexibility and overall health. One of the most effective ways to achieve this is through yoga and stretching or Yin Yoga. I just finished teaching a stretching class at the local gym and I spiced it up by using weight instead the usual sand bags for a Yin Yoga practice adapted to the Stretch themed class.
